A customer is any individual who places a bet on the SapphireBet platform, accepting the current terms and betting rules.

When a bet is cancelled, it’s considered null and void. The wager is refunded, and no payout is made.

Regular time includes the main period of the competition, as determined by the official sporting organization. It includes any time added by the referee but does not include overtime, penalty shootouts, and similar extensions.

Personal accounts should be used only by one person. You can’t use someone else’s account or let others access your account. Otherwise, access to our platform will be closed.

SapphireBet reserves the right to reject any bet or refuse service to any customer who violates the rules or regulations. Bets are accepted only based on actual event data and processing system records.

  • All winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of the event.

If a bet is placed with incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error, it may be declared invalid. Also, any event that did not take place or wasn’t confirmed by official results may lead to the cancellation and refund.

SapphireBet reserves the right to declare bets invalid in the event of suspicious activity, including:

  • Match-fixing or manipulation;
  • Bets placed with insider information;
  • Unusual betting patterns.

If such activity is detected, the bet may be canceled and the account blocked.

The platform strives to ensure fair betting. All operations are fully compliant with international and local laws, including measures to combat offenders and match-fixing. Bets related to “unfair play,” such as intentional losses or manipulation, may be canceled at the discretion of SapphireBet.

The rules are subject to updates. Once published on the website, the new version applies to all future bets. Bets placed before the change remain under previous conditions.

Any complaints related to results, timing, or bet processing must be supported with official documentation from relevant sports authorities. All such requests will be reviewed per the current rules.
